• Route your enquiry to the correct team within the EPF Ecosystem
• Respond to your message and follow up on partnership, investment, or solution requests
• Maintain an internal record of communications for continuity of service

3 EmailJS & Data Transmission

Our contact form uses EmailJS — a third-party email delivery service — to transmit your submitted information securely to our internal team at info@epfecosystem.co.za.

When you submit the form, your data is sent via EmailJS's servers and delivered directly to our inbox. EmailJS processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy, which can be reviewed at emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not store your contact data on our own servers. The information resides in our email account and any internal records maintained by our team.

4 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Within EPF Ecosystem: Members of our team who handle your specific enquiry on a need-to-know basis
• EmailJS: As the technical service used to deliver your message to us (see Section 3)
• Legal obligation: If required by applicable South African law or a valid court order

If your enquiry progresses to a formal partnership or investment process, any further information shared at that stage will be governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

5 Data Retention

Contact data is retained for a period of 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, data is securely deleted unless an active partnership, investment, or business relationship has been established — in which case data is retained for the duration of that relationship and for a further period as required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 9.

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that collect personal information without consent.
